Overview

Our refund policy lasts 7 days from the day your package is verified delivered. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund, whether in full or partial. Returns for a full refund are not accepted as each product is custom made specifically for each order.

To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, or must have been lost in the mail. It must also be in the original packaging and shipped within the 7 day return deadline. 

Additional non-returnable items:

    • Gift cards
    • Digital products 
    • Creams, candles and other items that expire
    • Any items personalized just for you

    To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase be emailed to us within the 7 day return period from date of delivery to you. 

    Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or any other third-party. Do not send your purchase back without receiving a written consent from us at Sonrise Seekers that we accept your return. Any items sent back to us without proper notification in writing as stated above are not eligible for replacement or refund.

     There are certain situations where partial refunds are granted: 

      • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

    Refunds

    Once your exchange is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund depending on the condition, timeliness.

    If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, once we receive the purchase.

    Late or missing refunds

    If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

    Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

    Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

    Sale items

     Only regular priced items may be returned or refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

    Exchanges

    We only replace items if they are defective or damaged due to manufacturer error at the time you open the package. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at katie@sarhandesigns.com before you return it by mail. The mailing address will then be provided to you in response to your email and with approval of the requested exchange.

    Shipping returns

    To return your product, you should mail your product to the mailing address we provide to you in response to your written email request for an exchange.

    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

    Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. Some sizes, colors, and items may be backordered, so if the exchange you request is not currently available, we will notify you in writing and give you options for other items available to be exchanged instead or to see if you prefer to wait until the backordered item is in stock.

    If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
